Base Salary
$160k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the health of strategic enterprise accounts, including building and maintaining account health dashboards.
- Respond to integration incidents with a sub-2-hour initial response target and define realistic SLAs.
- Identify recurring failure patterns and drive architectural improvements to address root causes.
- Build systems that integrate seamlessly into clinical workflows and EHRs.
- Transform clinical and billing complexities into user-friendly systems for clinicians.
- Write clean, testable, and observable code for critical workflows.
- Ensure that built solutions reduce churn risk and improve account health.
- Ship AI-assisted workflow functionalities with human review and auditability.
- Collaborate closely with GTM and Enterprise account teams during US business hours.
- Operate independently while coordinating with the NA Regional Integration Team Lead.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on complex, production-critical systems.
- Direct experience with enterprise integrations, preferably in EHR or healthcare-adjacent systems.
- Strong engineering judgment with a focus on sensible trade-offs and quality through testing.
- Demonstrated ownership and follow-through on commitments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with GTM and account teams.
- Full availability during US Eastern business hours for real-time coverage.
- Fluency with modern AI coding tools for efficient delivery.
