Base Salary
$160k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end enterprise implementations from discovery through post-go-live.
- Align cross-functional teams and manage project delivery, risks, and change.
- Conduct operational audits to identify workflow gaps and automation opportunities.
- Design scalable, configurable solutions using Tennr’s platform and APIs.
- Reimagine processes using automation best practices rather than replicating legacy systems.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to shape solutions and delivery scope.
- Maintain documentation, enable knowledge transfer, and improve internal delivery tools.
- Support sales strategy, mentor junior team members, and influence the product roadmap.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS delivery or solution design.
- A degree or minor in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of APIs, systems integration, and technical architecture.
- Proven ability to lead complex technical engagements with large enterprise customers.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to executive and technical audiences.
- Experience navigating complex organizational structures and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on strategic, scalable solutions.
- Business acumen and domain fluency, ideally in healthcare or similarly complex industries.
- Ability to mentor others and contribute to team-wide best practices.
- Familiarity with workflow automation, RPA, or enterprise integration platforms such as MuleSoft or Workato is a plus.
- Background in consulting, solution architecture, or technical customer success is a plus.
- Experience in startup environments or scaling delivery functions is a plus.
