Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Identify customer requirements and develop front-end components and services for software architecture.
- Design, architect, develop, test, and integrate Oracle Cloud and enterprise application solutions.
- Define and execute deliverables while managing completion, engagement economics reports, resource plans, budgets, and project statuses.
- Participate in client sessions as a workstream member or team lead and support client relationships and sales efforts.
- Coach and mentor team members, share knowledge, and develop engagement tools and practice enablers.
- Research client inquiries and emerging technologies, including SOA governance and integration technologies.
- Maintain required billable utilization and travel 60-80% of the work schedule based on client needs.
Requirements
- Four-year bachelor's degree required.
- Typically 2-4 years of relevant experience working with an SCM or ERP system in a software development, integration developer, or application developer role.
- At least 1 year of experience in a development or integration lead role.
- Approximately 4 years of practical Oracle Cloud or Oracle EBS Applications implementation experience across areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Order Management, Pricing, Inventory, Product Information Management, Procurement, or Manufacturing.
- Two to three years of hands-on experience with FBDI, OTBI, REST, SOAP, and integration platforms or tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, or Dell Boomi.
- Experience with software lifecycle activities, application development, systems integration, quality assurance, and software development.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
- Ability to research client inquiries, solve complex problems, work independently and collaboratively, and mentor others.
- Willingness and ability to travel 60-80% of the work schedule.
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred; an MBA or MS is also preferred.
