Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Identify customer requirements and develop front-end components and services across mobile, web, and tablet platforms.
- Design, architect, develop, test, and integrate Oracle Cloud application solutions.
- Define and execute deliverables while managing completion, engagement economics reports, resource plans, budgets, and project status.
- Participate in client sessions as a workstream member or team lead and maintain billable client chargeability.
- Research client inquiries and emerging technologies, including SOA governance and integration technologies.
- Lead, coach, and mentor team members while developing engagement tools and practice capabilities.
- Build client relationships, establish trust, and support sales efforts.
- Travel 60–80% of the work schedule based on client needs.
Requirements
- A four-year bachelor’s degree is required.
- Typically 2–4 years of relevant experience with an SCM or ERP system in a software development, integration development, or application development role.
- At least 1 year of experience in a development or integration lead role.
- Approximately 4 years of practical Oracle Cloud or Oracle EBS Applications implementation experience involving Finance, Supply Chain, Order Management, Pricing, Inventory, Product Information Management, Procurement, and/or Manufacturing modules.
- Two to three years of hands-on experience with FBDI, OTBI, REST, SOAP, and integration tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or another leading integration platform.
- Experience with software lifecycle activities, application development, systems integration, quality assurance, and software development.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, technical writing, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues and to work independently and collaboratively.
- A degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred; an MBA or MS is also preferred.
- Ability and willingness to travel 60–80% of the work schedule.
