Base Salary

$150k - $227k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead customers through the onboarding and implementation of the Qualified Agentic Marketing Platform.
  • Partner with stakeholders to design scalable inbound pipeline generation strategies.
  • Architect and implement solutions that integrate with Salesforce and other platforms.
  • Guide customers in configuring AI-powered buyer engagement experiences.
  • Translate business objectives into technical solution designs and strategies.
  • Consult with technical teams to establish data models and operational best practices.
  • Drive customer enablement through education on marketing strategies and optimization.
  • Analyze engagement and performance metrics to deliver strategic recommendations.
  • Conduct Executive Strategic Business Reviews with customer stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve implementation outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to maximize platform value and accelerate time-to-pipeline.
  • Support expansion and renewal conversations to identify deeper platform adoption opportunities.
  • Stay updated on AI-driven go-to-market innovations and best practices.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of Mid Market/Enterprise software experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation, and writing skills.
  • Deep working knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation systems.
  • Knowledge of web/scripting technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SaaS applications.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills to meet business requirements with technical solutions.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Passion for making customers successful with software solutions.
