Responsibilities
- Develop production-quality code for serverless, microservices-based solutions.
- Enhance testing platforms and improve test automation and software craftsmanship.
- Monitor and evaluate solution performance.
- Collaborate with multi-skilled teams on commercial and fleet software solutions.
- Practice Test-First Development and Test-Driven Development.
- Develop in cloud environments and integrate solutions with Ford enterprise systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with Core Java, Spring Boot, React.js, modern relational and non-relational databases, and CI/CD tools and pipelines.
- At least 1 year of experience developing and deploying to cloud platforms.
- Experience with unit testing.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree in computer science or a related field, Spring and RESTful web services development, Agile tools, microservices, data modeling, and machine learning or data analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, interpersonal, organizational, and independent decision-making skills.
