Base Salary
$140k - $295k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers during pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
- Lead architecture reviews and explain how Rogo integrates with customer infrastructure.
- Partner with Sales on complex enterprise deals, providing architectural guidance and technical validation.
- Help customers evaluate deployment models, security controls, and integration approaches.
- Guide onboarding, deployment, and early adoption while addressing technical risks and blockers.
- Diagnose technical issues and coordinate with Engineering to drive resolution.
- Represent customer needs cross-functionally and help shape deployment patterns, best practices, and technical documentation.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, Infrastructure Architect, or similar.
- Strong foundation in cloud infrastructure, networking, and security concepts.
- Experience with one or more major cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of enterprise infrastructure, identity and access management, networking, and security best practices.
- Ability to lead architecture and security discussions with enterprise technical stakeholders and diagnose infrastructure and integration challenges at a systems level.
- Strong communication skills, executive presence, ownership, organization, follow-through, and commercial judgment.
