Base Salary
$83k - $217k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, test, document, and maintain applications, integrations, tools, systems, and software components.
- Provide production support and application ownership for incident management, technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, defect correction, and production validation.
- Lead solution delivery and implementation for programs and projects while coordinating assignments, technical direction, and key decision points.
- Troubleshoot performance issues in server, database, and user-interface components.
- Create custom code and scripts for destructive testing and production resiliency validation.
- Partner with product owners and product teams to create developer-ready, understandable, and testable user stories.
- Participate in technical design, code reviews, communities of practice, and continuous learning activities.
- Work with IT Security to ensure internally hosted and cloud-based systems follow data protection and access policies.
- Use agile project management tools and techniques to support on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Manage technical services and software vendors and communicate software platform designs to technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information services or a related field, or equivalent combinations of relevant education and experience.
- At least seven years of experience in software development and system design.
- Expertise with cloud technologies including Azure, O365, and AWS; SharePoint 2013 or later; .NET Core; and Dynamics.
- Ability to develop systems using .NET, ASP.NET, C#.NET, SQL Server, and Microsoft CRM Web Services.
- Expertise with C#, Visual Basic .NET, F#, and C++ .NET, plus strong knowledge of the .NET Framework, ASP.NET, and MVC.
- Knowledge of object-oriented analysis and design, multi-tier architectures, web services, WCF, REST, SOA architecture, and Entity Framework.
- Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, AJAX, single-page application design, and MVC GUI development.
- Experience with database and development tools such as MS SQL Studio, PL/SQL Developer, and Toad.
- Experience working in an agile or Scrum-based software development organization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, communication, leadership, decision-making, documentation, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to understand business needs, design supporting information systems, manage technical services and vendors, maintain confidentiality, and work at locations outside the office.
- Certification or progress toward certification is highly preferred and encouraged.
Benefits
- The stated compensation range is $82,800 to $217,100 annually, subject to internal equity, skills, experience, geographic location, market conditions, and other factors.
