Base Salary
$185k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship full-stack features, integrations, and customer-specific customizations across frontend UI, APIs, services, and deployment configuration.
- Work with technical partners and enterprise customers to understand environments and requirements and turn them into technical plans and working software.
- Support pilots, proofs of concept, and early production deployments in partner-hosted and customer-controlled environments.
- Diagnose and fix complex issues across application, infrastructure, identity and access, integration, and data-access layers.
- Maintain customer-specific customizations as the core product evolves.
- Convert recurring customer requests into general product capabilities and provide deployment documentation, guidance, and runbooks.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including significant Staff-level production engineering scope and impact.
- Strong full-stack skills with modern TypeScript or JavaScript, component-based front-end frameworks, back-end services, APIs, and integrations.
- Technical customer, partner, systems integrator, forward-deployed, embedded, consulting, or implementation engineering experience that included writing code.
- Experience building or supporting AI-enabled applications such as LLM platforms, RAG systems, agents, enterprise search, or data connectors.
- Understanding of enterprise deployment concerns including authentication, identity providers, access control, self-hosted and hybrid infrastructure, observability, and reliability.
- Strong judgment, communication, collaboration, and independent execution skills in an early-stage product environment.
- Preferred experience with private or sovereign cloud, regulated deployments, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud deployment, European enterprise or public-sector customers, data residency, security reviews, privacy assessments, enterprise procurement, or open-source contributions.
