  • Diagnose and fix complex application, infrastructure, identity and access, integration, and data-access issues that require code changes and releases.

  • Experience building or supporting AI-enabled applications such as LLM platforms, RAG systems, agents, enterprise search, or data connectors.
  • Understanding of enterprise deployment concerns including authentication, identity providers, access control, self-hosted and hybrid infrastructure, observability, and reliability.
  • Sound judgment about customization, product generalization, and pushing back on unsuitable requests.
  • Clear communication with technical implementers and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently in an early-stage product environment.
  • Bonus: experience with self-hosted, private cloud, sovereign, or regulated environments.
