Base Salary
$96k - $125k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, document, test, and debug new and existing software systems and applications.
- Participate in requirements analysis, software design meetings, prototyping, testing, and debugging throughout the full development lifecycle.
- Create technical specifications based on conceptual designs and business requirements.
- Serve as a technical expert on development projects and evaluate new technologies for implementation.
- Analyze code to identify error causes and revise programs as needed.
- Manage user requirements, project planning, estimates, budgets, project flow, client updates, risk mitigation, and project tracking.
- Maintain documentation for software functionality and provide feedback for team-member performance appraisals.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience working as a Java developer.
- 2 years of experience working as a Java Lead.
- Experience with user interface design.
- Knowledge of performance testing frameworks including Mocha and Jest.
- Strong programming and troubleshooting skills.
- Prior experience working on Medicaid or healthcare projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
