Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable agentic AI systems with autonomous agents, multi-agent orchestration, tool use, and adaptive decision-making workflows.
- Define end-to-end AI system architectures covering knowledge integration, orchestration, pipelines, observability, governance, and failover.
- Integrate and harmonize data from APIs, databases, internal platforms, and unstructured sources, including pipelines optimized for LLM workloads.
- Build and optimize RAG architectures, including hybrid retrieval, query planning, semantic indexing, and vector search.
- Develop, tune, and deploy applications using major LLMs and engineer prompts, system instructions, guardrails, and evaluation pipelines.
- Deploy and support production GenAI applications using containerized infrastructure, CI/CD, monitoring, model versioning, and rollback strategies.
- Serve as an AI engineering subject-matter expert, mentor mid-level engineers, and influence product and platform strategy.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, systems architecture, or related fields.
- Proven experience designing and deploying enterprise-grade AI systems in production.
- Strong foundations in machine learning, NLP, embeddings, statistics, neural networks, and LLMs.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs including Gemini, OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, Llama, and open-source models.
- Deep expertise in RAG architectures, retrieval optimization, vector search, and semantic data modeling.
- Experience building agentic AI with Google ADK or LangGraph.
- Strong proficiency in Python and relevant AI, data, and application libraries.
- Experience with vector databases and large-scale unstructured data processing pipelines.
- Strong CI/CD experience and expertise deploying GenAI solutions with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, serverless runtimes, or cloud-native LLM services.
- Experience with AI workload monitoring, observability, logging, MLOps, or AIOps.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Preferred experience includes regulated or enterprise AI environments, knowledge graphs, graph databases, enterprise metadata systems, agent monitoring, and AI governance frameworks.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, collaboration, independent execution, and responsible-AI skills.

- Base salary range of $125,600.00 to $188,400.00, with potentially additional discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
