Responsibilities
- Develop technology architecture strategies aligned with financial services business goals and digital transformation initiatives.
- Design scalable, secure, and resilient solutions for complex client challenges.
- Collaborate with business leaders, IT experts, and third-party vendors to align technology solutions with business objectives.
- Assess emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve service offerings and operational efficiency.
- Ensure architectural designs comply with financial regulations, security standards, and data protection laws.
- Provide technical leadership across projects while supporting timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes.
- Identify and mitigate technology risks and recommend performance and user-experience improvements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop architects and engineers while championing innovation in financial technology.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in solution architecture, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Proficiency in modern technologies and architectural patterns, with familiarity with cloud services, cybersecurity, and infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of financial services operations, regulatory requirements, and emerging FinTech trends.
- Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, problem-solving, and strategic skills.
- Experience working with Agile methodology.
- Relevant certifications such as TOGAF or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are preferred or may be required.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Experience with international teams, global markets, third-party vendor management, and varied domains and systems is advantageous.
