Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control methodologies.
- Establish standards for software development lifecycles and testing practices.
- Perform code and product reviews throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test strategies.
- Identify, document, triage, and track software defects.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure quality integration.
- Evaluate software quality tools and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Support testing efforts across multiple Agile delivery teams.
- Validate application functionality, performance, reliability, and security.
- Contribute to CI/CD testing practices and support production deployment activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing roles.
- Experience developing and implementing quality assurance methodologies.
- Experience performing code and product reviews.
- Experience creating and maintaining automated and manual test plans.
- Experience identifying and tracking software defects.
- Experience supporting Agile software development teams.
- Experience testing web applications, APIs, and enterprise software systems.
- Familiarity with Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, and REST APIs.
- Experience with testing tools like Selenium, Cypress, and JMeter.
