Responsibilities
- Review user stories and functional requirements to identify test scenarios, edge cases, acceptance criteria, and testing requirements.
- Design, build, and maintain test scripts for SAP Fiori, Mendix applications, workflows, and integrations.
- Execute functional testing across JTMS modules and customizations within a SAFe Agile framework.
- Document defects with reproduction steps, track issues through resolution, and communicate findings to development teams.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and maximize test coverage.
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, test data sets, and traceability matrices.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Identify opportunities to improve testing processes, tools, and quality assurance practices.
Requirements
- Active Secret security clearance is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 5 years of manual software testing experience with large-scale ERP systems.
- Hands-on testing experience with SAP S/4HANA applications, workflows, and integrations.
- Strong working knowledge of the SAFe Framework, SDLC, and Agile development practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team environments.
- Test automation experience, preferably with Tricentis TOSCA and/or UiPath, is desired.
- ISTQB or similar testing certification is desired.
- Experience with ServiceNow CWM for Agile test management and defect tracking is desired.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Git, and DevSecOps best practices is desired.
- Previous experience supporting federal agencies or Department of Defense clients is desired.
