Responsibilities
- Learn software development tools, best practices, and programming concepts with mentor guidance.
- Collaborate with peers across the software development lifecycle.
- Independently complete simple coding tasks.
- Participate in design discussions and provide input.
- Document, implement, and test software features with peer and mentor assistance.
- Participate constructively in code reviews and submit code for review.
- Learn the team's business domain and communicate the advantages of software solutions.
Requirements
- Current enrollment in a four-year Computer Science or related degree program.
- Basic programming skills in Java.
- Strong teamwork, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent attention to detail, documentation, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
