Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own the design and development of Sim’s visual canvas.
- Architect and implement intuitive UI systems for complex workflows.
- Shape developer interactions for designing, testing, and deploying agents.
- Ensure a fast, beautiful, and robust user experience.
- Set standards for front-end code and design systems.
- Collaborate across the stack in a Next.js monorepo.
- Define and refine UX/UI patterns with a focus on developer delight.
Requirements
- Design-minded engineer with deep experience in React and TypeScript.
- Strong UI/UX intuition with a focus on aesthetics and functionality.
- Experience building complex, interactive frontend systems.
- Proven ability to deliver polished, user-focused tools.
- Deep understanding of front-end performance and responsiveness.
- High agency and ownership in defining and building the roadmap.
- Comfort working in Next.js; backend experience is a plus.
- Experience with real-time systems is a plus.
- Visual design skills or open-source contributions are a plus.
