Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scripts and workflows for automation tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand process requirements and design solutions.
- Troubleshoot and debug automation scripts to ensure proper functionality.
- Implement process-automation best practices and ensure compliance with security standards.
- Provide technical support and training to end users on automation tools and processes.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Automation and Robotics, Computer Science, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or Information Technology, or a master’s degree in Software Engineering.
- Relevant certifications listed include AZ-204: Microsoft Azure Developer Associate, ISTQB Certified Tester, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate, and Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 8 Programmer I.
- Required skills include Amazon Web Services, machine learning, client relations, collaboration tools, design thinking, executive presence, storytelling, personal effectiveness, inclusion, and Agile methodology.
- Proficient English language ability at C2 level is required.
