Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, reliable core services and APIs for the MLOps and LLMOps platform.
- Build systems to ingest, store, and query training-run and production-agent traces, metrics, and artifacts.
- Develop AI-agent evaluation and monitoring capabilities, including LLM judges and quality metrics.
- Optimize platform scalability and cost across customers and cloud regions.
- Collaborate with product, research, and customers to define future platform capabilities.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and operational readiness, and mentor other engineers.
Requirements
- BS or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience developing large-scale distributed systems, scaling infrastructure, or building platforms and developer tools for other teams.
- Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, and system design.
- Strong backend experience with Scala or Java.
- Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Engineering maturity in security, correctness, and operational excellence.
- Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
- Experience with ML or LLM systems is preferred.
