Responsibilities
- Review system requirements and business processes, then design, code, test, debug, implement, and maintain software solutions.
- Design and develop operating system components, software tools, utilities, application logic, and software enhancements.
- Develop increasingly complex security solutions and provide application development or technical support within defined projects.
- Architect and build solutions for the Digital Asset Tokenisation Platform and ensure improvements are implemented, monitored, and optimized.
- Work with AWS Cloud Infrastructure, Kubernetes, Docker, blockchain networks, and related software technologies.
- Collaborate with development, QA, product management, business, customer, and international Nasdaq teams.
- Develop AI and automation solutions, stay current with AI/ML technologies, and promote continuous improvement.
- Mentor colleagues, communicate progress and risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders, and support senior technical leadership.
Requirements
- Requires 9–12 years of software development experience.
- Requires primary experience with Core Java, Spring Boot, AWS Cloud Infrastructure, Kubernetes, Docker, and AI tools.
- Requires experience with at least one blockchain network.
- Requires a BE degree in Computer Science.
- Requires cross-domain problem solving, stakeholder communication, teamwork, and technical mentoring capability.
- Preferred qualifications include capital markets domain exposure, AWS Cloud experience, ReactJS experience, and familiarity with AI tools.
