Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of full-stack applications.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable frontend, backend, API, and web application solutions.
- Own the quality, performance, reliability, and scalability of systems within the assigned domain.
- Lead design discussions, code reviews, troubleshooting, and resolution of production issues.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, maintainable implementations.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to team effectiveness and technical direction.
- Identify and proactively resolve technical risks, dependencies, and challenges.
- Improve technical debt, tooling, observability, and engineering practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 6 years of experience building and delivering full-stack applications.
- Experience developing web applications and APIs using Java, Node.js, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with Angular or similar frontend frameworks.
- Experience with service-based or modular architectures and system design.
- Knowledge of scalable architecture, API design, system integration, performance, reliability, and cloud-native development.
- Experience with observability practices including logging, monitoring, and tracing.
- Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams, influence technical direction, mentor engineers, and manage risks and dependencies.
- Preferred experience includes AWS or other cloud platforms, Spring Boot, CI/CD pipelines, Dynatrace, CloudWatch, GitHub, JIRA, VS Code, IntelliJ, SQL, data modeling, and Agile/Scrum environments.
