Base Salary
$112k - $179k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines used by engineering teams.
- Automate infrastructure to make environments predictable and supportable.
- Support containerized platforms in secure and regulated environments.
- Collaborate directly with software and cyber engineers to resolve delivery problems.
- Adapt solutions to different program needs, priorities, and technical stacks.
Requirements
- Minimum experience is 8 years with a BS/BA, 6 years with an MS/MA, or 3 years with a PhD.
- Secret clearance or ability to obtain one is required.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Strong Kubernetes work experience is required.
- Must live in the San Diego metropolitan area.
- CompTIA Security+ certification or the ability to obtain it within 45 days of hire is required.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, Podman, and Buildah is required.
- Experience with container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Helm is required.
- Experience with CI/CD automation tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, and AWS CodeBuild is required.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation is required.
- Experience with Linux systems such as RHEL, CentOS, and Ubuntu is required.
- Experience with automation and scripting using Bash, Python, or PowerShell is required.
- Preferred qualifications include a degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related field.
- Preferred experience includes AWS or Azure cloud infrastructure or development.
- Preferred full-stack experience includes Java, Python, TypeScript, React, and SQL.
- Preferred experience includes Atlassian tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
