Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop, design, test, deploy, and maintain secure enterprise web applications and technical assets.
- Provide day-to-day production support, resolve issues on time, and support the product throughout its lifecycle.
- Lead detailed design and end-to-end front-end and back-end application development, including client-side and server-side architecture.
- Tune SQL queries and reports for performance, security, and stability.
- Develop and support SSRS reporting, data quality, data governance, and data protection capabilities.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and scalable, flexible software solutions.
- Perform unit, integration, functional, and deployment testing.
- Own project deliverables, coordinate with other teams, manage delivery risks, and ensure timely end-to-end solution delivery.
- Collaborate with business users, development teams, and product managers to define software solutions.
- Mentor and cross-train team members on relevant technologies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise application design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Strong experience with Microsoft .NET Framework, C#.NET, ASP.NET, MVC, Web Services, IIS, HTML, CSS, XML, SOAP, jQuery, Ajax, and ReactJS.
- Experience with NHibernate, Entity Framework, SQL Server 2016, SQL, stored procedures, and functions.
- Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Server Integration Services, enterprise modeling tools, and data integration platforms.
- Experience with TortoiseHg, SVN, Azure, and AWS.
- Understanding of algorithms, design patterns, fundamental computer science concepts, agile development, and iterative delivery cycles.
- Knowledge of US healthcare value chains, including payer and provider environments, Medicare Risk Adjustment, CMS payment models, payer analytics, population health, and risk management.
- Preferred experience with Python, PySpark, OCR tools, DTKBarcode, Esker, Biscom, WebStart, 3M, Tableau, and Agile or Waterfall certifications.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, client collaboration, and multitasking skills.

- Base pay range is $60,100-$98,700.
