Base Salary
$60k - $99k/yr
Responsibilities
- Address and close day-to-day production support issues on time.
- Design and execute healthcare solutions while collaborating with clients on timely resolutions.
- Work on multiple product features simultaneously and understand product functionality end to end.
- Tune report queries for performance, security, and stability.
- Understand the functional aspects of reports and perform deployments.
Requirements
- Knowledge of the US healthcare value chain and key impact drivers for payers and/or providers.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a willingness to work hands-on with clients.
- Knowledge of algorithms, design patterns, and fundamental computer science concepts.
- Experience working in Agile Scrum environments and familiarity with iterative development cycles.
- Ability to learn quickly and understand product functionality end to end.
