Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Develop scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to business needs.
- Apply Workday Financial Accounting Core expertise and integration techniques across multiple systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, collaborate with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
- Manage team activities, make team decisions, and provide solutions across teams.
- Lead process improvements that enhance productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in Workday Financial Accounting Core.
- Proficiency in Workday Financial Accounting Core.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and working across multiple systems.
- Fifteen years of full-time education.
