Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and lead Python-based full-stack and AI/GenAI applications.
- Build scalable REST APIs and responsive React.js front-end applications.
- Develop and optimize RAG pipelines, vector search, and agentic AI workflows.
- Design secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Build data ingestion and processing pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
- Mentor team members and contribute to architecture and technical decisions.
- Perform performance tuning, code optimization, testing, monitoring, and observability.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience is required, with 3+ years of Python development experience also stated.
- Hands-on expertise in Python, object-oriented programming, design patterns, unit testing, Flask, FastAPI, Django REST Framework, SQL, PL/SQL, and shell scripting.
- Experience with React.js, Redux, React Hooks, Context API, REST API integration, Jest, and React Testing Library.
- Experience building data ingestion and processing pipelines using NumPy, Pandas, DataFrames, and Prefect.
- Experience with authentication and authorization technologies including JWT, OAuth, and SSO.
- Experience developing LLM integrations, GenAI tooling, RAG pipelines, LangChain, LangGraph, Sentence Transformers, Hugging Face Transformers, vector databases, embedding models, and agentic AI workflows.
- Experience with semantic search, vector search, Grafana monitoring, and observability.
- Knowledge of Git and CI/CD practices.
- Preferred experience with Docker, Kubernetes, containerization, AWS, Azure, microservices architecture, Azure OpenAI, Bedrock, LlamaIndex, and MCP.
- Strong problem-solving and scenario-based troubleshooting skills.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education is required.
