Responsibilities
- Build Appian interfaces, process models, Records, Sites, and Task Reports according to design specifications.
- Implement Appian security configurations, including groups and role maps, under senior guidance.
- Develop and maintain CDTs for assigned modules.
- Support external system integrations and implement requirements translated from business and user stories.
- Perform unit testing, resolve defects identified during SIT/UAT cycles, and maintain documented code.
- Assist with data migration, environment setup, and deployment activities.
- Escalate blockers and design ambiguities to the Senior Developer or Architect.
- Follow government-mandated processes, data-classification practices, confidentiality requirements, and project coding standards.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on Appian development experience and 3 years of overall IT experience.
- Experience with Appian 20.x and above, SAIL scripting, CDTs, Task Reports, Records, and Sites.
- Good understanding of Appian security configuration and Appian best practices.
- Exposure to external system integration and sound knowledge of RDBMS fundamentals.
- Ability to understand requirements and implement them accurately in a structured project environment.
- Appian Certified Associate Developer certification is required.
- Appian Certified Senior Developer certification and prior Singapore Government or statutory board project experience are advantageous.
- Strong communication, collaboration, learning, documentation, and testing skills.
