Base Salary
$145k - $165k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and support customer integrations across Azure, AWS, and GCP, including API integrations and architecture design.
- Own technical onboarding for enterprise customers and create implementation plans aligned with IT and security teams.
- Support deployments in Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Google Workspace while validating scalable configurations.
- Configure and validate secure data exports to customer cloud storage and BI platforms such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success on technical discovery and translate requirements into executable implementation approaches.
- Support Entra ID, Okta, and Ping identity integrations, including SCIM provisioning and SAML SSO implementations.
- Address customer questions involving networking, DNS, authentication, email deliverability, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and routing.
- Act as a product expert for the US team and partner with Product and Engineering to resolve complex issues and develop integration guides.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Technical Consultant supporting enterprise SaaS.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and/or Google Workspace in complex environments.
- Experience implementing identity and access integrations, including SAML SSO and SCIM provisioning.
- Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or GCP and modern API-based integrations, with GraphQL preferred.
- Working knowledge of IAM, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
- Ability to own complex, ambiguous technical problems and resolve them in customer environments.
- Ability to translate technical complexity into clear recommendations and influence cross-functional execution.

- Base salary is $115,000 to $130,000 USD; OTE is $145,000 to $165,000 USD depending on experience.
