Base Salary

$150k - $200k/yr

Responsibilities

Deploy Bretton's AI agents at banks and fintechs while navigating security and compliance requirements.
Travel onsite to address last-mile connectivity challenges and resolve edge cases in live production.
Partner with BSA officers and AML analysts to translate workflows into agent behavior.
Build connectors and tools to turn customer solutions into repeatable platform capabilities.
Guide customers from demo to go-live as a trusted technical advisor.
Work cross-functionally to remove blockers and ensure customer success.
Diagnose and resolve issues in real deployments by collaborating with the engineering team.
Translate customer usage into product insights and identify opportunities for new features.

2+ years of experience as a software engineer or in a similar role.
Strong backend or data engineering background.
Experience with Python, APIs, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
Previous experience in a customer-facing technical role is a plus.
Experience building with LLMs and modern AI systems is a must.
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain AI systems to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong debugging and problem-solving mindset.
