Base Salary
$150k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deploy Bretton’s AI agents at banks, fintechs, and payments companies while navigating security and compliance requirements
- Travel onsite to resolve connectivity challenges and integrate with core banking systems in live production environments
- Partner with BSA officers, AML analysts, and risk teams to translate workflows and regulatory requirements into agent behavior
- Build connectors, configuration tools, and internal frameworks that turn customer-specific solutions into repeatable platform capabilities
- Guide customers from demo through go-live as a trusted technical advisor
- Diagnose and resolve deployment issues by reproducing problems and collaborating with engineering
- Share customer needs with engineering and product teams and identify opportunities to turn recurring solutions into product features
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and go-to-market teams to remove blockers and support customer success
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a software engineer or in a similar role
- Strong backend or data engineering background
- Experience with Python, APIs, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure
- Actively building with LLMs and modern AI systems is required
- Previous experience in a customer-facing technical role such as solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, or technical implementation is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain AI systems to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Comfort working with enterprise customers
