Base Salary
$120k - $148k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build complex workflow-driven user interfaces using TypeScript and React.
- Improve application performance, maintainability, and architectural consistency.
- Contribute to engineering practices, automated testing, tooling, and developer workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver business-critical enhancements.
- Own parts of a SaaS product, including production monitoring and incident resolution.
- Create intuitive experiences that help investment professionals analyze data and manage strategies.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in TypeScript and React.
- Experience building and maintaining tooling for TypeScript projects, including build systems, testing frameworks, and developer workflows.
- Experience building large-scale, production-grade frontend applications.
- Deep understanding of UI architecture, state management, and performance optimization.
- UX experience designing intuitive applications that present complex, real-time data clearly and improve user productivity.
- Experience with Git, unit testing, integration testing, and mocking frameworks.
- Experience building high-quality software using design-focused and test-driven approaches.
- Strong analytical and software design skills with an emphasis on well-tested code.
- Ability to build positive relationships with partnering teams, sponsors, and user groups.
- Preferred: familiarity with visual regression testing and unit testing, functional programming and RxJS, REST APIs, WebSockets, and financial markets and industry workflows.
