Responsibilities
- Lead technical architecture reviews, risk assessments, and design decisions.
- Create roadmaps, reference patterns, and reusable checklists to improve delivery quality.
- Drive automation and AI adoption to reduce manual effort and improve consistency.
- Develop custom Copilot agents and plugins for enterprise workplace workflows.
- Design and implement automation using scripting, APIs, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Improve integrations between Microsoft 365 and platforms such as ServiceNow.
- Act as an internal consultant to shape ideas into practical, scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with vendors and partners to align delivery with internal standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years of strong expertise across Microsoft 365, Copilot, Intune, and Entra ID.
- Proven experience designing or delivering enterprise automation solutions.
- Hands-on experience using AI to improve operational processes and support services.
- Proficiency with PowerShell, APIs, scripting, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Experience working in agile delivery environments with user stories and backlog-driven delivery.
- Ability to create roadmaps and convert opportunities into practical, scalable plans.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Prior experience as a senior individual contributor, specialist, or internal consultant.
- Preferred experience with ServiceNow integrations, service-desk automation, AI or automation operating models, and Mac/Linux management.
- Preferred certifications include TOGAF, ScrumMaster, Microsoft SC-300, MD-102, or AZ-500.
