Base Salary
$203k - $274k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive customer, business, and technology outcomes by identifying and pursuing key opportunities across the company.
- Lead significant technology initiatives end-to-end, including horizontal architectural layers.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand customer behavior and deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Design and implement durable, scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions.
- Build and apply AI-native applications and guide the appropriate use of AI for customer problems.
- Use evaluation tools to validate and measure solution accuracy.
- Contribute across organizational boundaries and mentor and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience developing systems or software for large business environments.
- 5+ years of experience designing complex distributed systems, management products, or business applications.
- Full-stack development experience using AI technologies and applying them to user experiences or backend solutions.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, SwiftUI, and Kotlin.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Java, TypeScript, Spring, and Express/Node.js.
- Experience with AI technologies including SageMaker, Vertex, LangChain, large language models, prompt engineering, Dialogflow, and Python.
- Prior experience in a cloud computing environment such as AWS or GCP is highly desired.
- At least 1 year of experience working on teams that built AI-native applications.
- BS or MS in Computer Science or a related area.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, mentoring, collaboration, and independent decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex technical environment and with global teams across time zones.
