Responsibilities
- Implement and manage security tools for the NiCE Cloud.
- Collaborate with Application Support, Infrastructure Operations, DevOps, and Security teams.
- Collect and curate audit evidence in a production cloud environment.
- Ensure compliance with customer and audit security requirements.
- Provide consulting services to other teams within the organization.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Information Security.
- University-level degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.
- Knowledge of incident response, vulnerability management, and cloud security.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with global teams.
- Experience with work tracking tools such as JIRA or ServiceNow.
