Base Salary
$194k - $327k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop large-scale, fault-tolerant multimodal agentic experiences serving millions of customers.
- Design and develop agent interaction modes including Voice AI and Deep Research.
- Build evaluation frameworks, tracing systems, and safety guardrails for trustworthy AI agents.
- Develop dialogue systems supporting long conversations, context-aware tool selection, and compliant responses.
- Lead complex multi-team initiatives connecting applied research with scalable engineering.
- Translate research findings and AI system architectures into actionable insights for executives and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Master's degree or higher, or equivalent experience, in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with emphasis on products using frontier multimodal LLMs.
- At least 5 years of experience deploying large-scale machine learning models.
- Recent 2–3 years of experience building agent-based systems, multi-agent collaboration, or similar systems.
- Experience building AI services handling hundreds of millions of daily interactions with high availability, low latency, and fault tolerance.
- Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, Agents SDK, and AutoGen, along with production ML infrastructure.
- Strong communication and technical-influence skills, including presenting to executive leadership.
- Articles, patents, or high-impact research publications are strongly preferred.
