Responsibilities
- Contribute to real projects that support team goals and priorities.
- Collaborate with teammates across functions and participate in meetings, planning, and shared problem-solving.
- Build practical skills through day-to-day work, feedback, mentorship, onboarding, and learning opportunities.
- Take ownership of assigned work and help move projects forward.
- Explore different areas of interest and gain broader exposure across the business where possible.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing post-secondary education or recently completed a relevant program.
- Legally entitled to work full-time in Canada for approximately 40 hours per week.
- Strong willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with comfort working in a team environment and adapting to new challenges.
- Previous co-op, internship, part-time work, volunteer, academic, or project experience is an asset.
- Team-based project experience, familiarity with relevant tools or workflows, fast-paced environment experience, and interest in healthcare, technology, or e-commerce are bonuses.
Benefits
- Paid co-op placement with a base rate of $30/hour CAD.
