Responsibilities
- Design cloud-based solutions and cloud architectures.
- Develop plans and specifications for building cloud-based applications and solutions.
- Collaborate with managers and engineers to define new cloud services, applications, and solutions.
- Drive deployment of cloud management platforms and evaluate and improve their performance.
- Design and develop IT architecture solutions spanning integration processes, applications, data, and technology.
- Design, develop, and enhance software assets that meet internal and client expectations.
- Supervise and manage cross-functional development teams.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate team members while promoting accountability, quality, growth, and innovation.
- Support sales processes and manage project finances, scope, resources, and client expectations.
- Guide clients and provide value to client executives from proposal and acquisition through requirements definition, design, development, and implementation.
Requirements
- Experience designing and building public-cloud, hybrid-cloud, private-cloud, on-premises, PaaS, SaaS, or cloud-native environments, or providing cloud consulting.
- Experience architecting, implementing, and deploying Windows/Linux operating systems and middleware.
- Experience making technical decisions, setting direction, and leading teams in a project or organizational context.
- Experience driving tasks and outcomes by proactively involving others.
- Business-level Japanese, approximately JLPT N1 proficiency.
- Experience creating and reviewing materials using Office applications.
- Ability to solve client problems through technology and lead clients proactively.
- Ability to manage project finance, scope, resources, and client expectations.
- Ability to comply with compliance requirements and consider team member safety and well-being.
