Responsibilities
- Lead data migration, configuration, and testing for complex government software implementations.
- Review platform configuration and migrated data for requirements alignment, accuracy, integrity, reconciliation, and maintainability.
- Own complex customer data migrations, including schema mapping, ETL configuration, scripting, transformation, and validation.
- Validate customer requirements, resolve ambiguity, advise on solution design, and execute comprehensive pre-go-live testing.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for government stakeholders throughout deployment and integration.
- Identify customer pain points and partner with cross-functional teams to improve and automate delivery processes.
- Mentor Associate and mid-level Implementation Engineers and review their configuration and data work.
- Define implementation standards, templates, playbooks, and reusable tooling.
- Collaborate with Project Management, Customer Success Management, Data/Integration, and Product teams to improve customer outcomes and inform the product roadmap.
Requirements
- 6–9 years of experience in software implementation, data migration, or technical consulting, ideally with enterprise or SaaS products.
- 5+ years of hands-on SQL scripting experience involving complex queries, data transformation, and reconciliation.
- 3+ years of Python or similar scripting experience for automation and data processing.
- Deep experience with database technologies, ETL, data migration, schema design, and performance considerations.
- Experience implementing AI-driven solutions using modern frameworks and AI models.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver complex implementations end to end and mentor or technically guide less-experienced engineers.
- Strong communication, teamwork, customer-service, attention-to-detail, validation, reconciliation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field.
