Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing backend systems.
- Build greenfield products and improve existing systems.
- Develop REST APIs and microservices supporting card payments, treasury management, transaction booking, and crypto liquidity.
- Implement business logic with an emphasis on clean, maintainable code and fast delivery.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to build products that support financial inclusion and cross-border money movement.
Requirements
- Demonstrable backend development experience and fluency in Java.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or another engineering or science discipline.
- A track record of building complex products used by millions of people in hypergrowth startups.
- Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.
- A quick-learning, ambitious, results-driven approach.
