Responsibilities
- Lead functional, regression, and end-to-end testing for ServiceNow IRM, compliance tools, risk events, and risk profile reporting.
- Provide thought leadership, consultation, mentoring, and guidance for IRM and GRC testing design, development, and execution.
- Convert user stories and acceptance criteria into test cases with product owners, developers, and process leads.
- Define and maintain test plans, test strategies, test scenarios, and test data sets across 1LOD, 2LOD, and 3LOD.
- Conduct impact analysis for releases, upgrades, and defect fixes and identify required test coverage.
- Provide test reporting, defect analysis, and UAT support during releases.
- Recommend improvements to test strategy, automation coverage, and DevOps integration.
- Support automated CI/CT/CD pipeline implementation and manage the GRC program testing team.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of overall experience, including at least four years in the ServiceNow/GRC domain and at least four years of hands-on experience with risk management, compliance management, risk reporting, and enterprise data management.
- At least two years of experience in a leadership role managing a GRC program team.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow IRM QA, functional ServiceNow IRM testing, and a testing tool such as ADO, Jira, ServiceNow testing tools, or Bugzilla.
- Strong understanding of testing lifecycle practices, Jira/Azure DevOps integration, and agile testing methodologies.
- Bachelor of Technology, BTech, or equivalent technical education; an MBA is also listed among the required fields of study.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IRM or GRC certification is preferred.
- Experience with ServiceNow ATF, Selenium with Java, Playwright, CI/CD pipelines, and ATF test integration is preferred.
- Experience in large global financial institutions and strong documentation, communication, and defect-tracking skills are preferred.
