Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and continuously enhance applications and delivery pipelines for cloud-based core products.
  • Build and maintain end-to-end automation supporting development, testing, and release of consistent product versions at scale.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, architecture, and other stakeholders to translate product vision into technical solutions.
  • Contribute to technical vision and direction and ensure code quality, reliability, and technical excellence.
  • Participate across the development lifecycle, including user-story review, design, code reviews, and automated testing.
  • Research tools and frameworks and apply emerging technologies to improve solutions and engineering practices.
  • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level colleagues and provide technical guidance.

Requirements

  • Experience developing software with one or more modern programming languages, particularly C#.
  • Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and using build automation tools and practices.
  • Knowledge of design patterns and software architecture best practices.
  • Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and test-driven development.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure-as-code principles and practices.
  • Proficiency with Git, TeamCity or a similar CI/CD tool, Azure, PowerShell, Cake, and Kotlin.
  • Experience guiding junior developers and communicating technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and experience working in international, multicultural teams.
  • Experience working in agile development environments.
  • Desirable qualifications include security awareness, performance optimization and scalability skills, technical documentation experience, and familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, Elasticsearch, Terraform, or Bicep.
