Responsibilities
- Design, build, and support scalable enterprise software applications and AI-powered engineering platforms.
- Develop agentic frameworks, governance solutions, architecture assessment tooling, and developer enablement capabilities.
- Integrate APIs, distributed services, databases, cloud platforms, and AI frameworks into production-ready solutions.
- Apply software engineering fundamentals, testing, code quality, security, privacy, responsible AI, and SDLC practices.
- Partner with architects, engineers, product teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex requirements into solutions.
- Support model evaluation, AI guardrails, governance, risk management, and responsible deployment practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 4 years of experience designing, building, and supporting enterprise software applications.
- Experience with object-oriented design, software design patterns, scalable application architecture, and complex technical problem solving.
- Hands-on experience with agentic systems and orchestration, RAG, prompt and context engineering, generative AI, or LLM applications.
- Experience building or supporting enterprise AI platforms, tools, or developer enablement solutions.
- Experience with model evaluation, AI governance, guardrails, risk management frameworks, and production cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Experience developing full-stack or backend applications, integrating APIs and distributed services, and working with relational, NoSQL, or vector databases.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle practices, testing, code quality, security, privacy, and responsible AI.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly, collaborate across teams, and quickly adopt emerging technologies.
- Familiarity with agent orchestration frameworks, MCP, vector databases, embeddings, knowledge retrieval systems, agile development, and cross-functional engineering teams.
