Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product leaders to identify customer problems and implement LLM-powered solutions.
- Apply LLMs as reasoning engines to build domain-specific AI assistants.
- Create and enhance prompts using techniques like few-shot learning and chain-of-thought.
- Develop and optimize end-to-end RAG pipelines and agent architectures.
- Improve AI agent quality through empirical evaluation and iteration.
- Build systems for high-velocity experimentation and customized product experiences.
- Stay updated on AI research and incorporate state-of-the-art techniques.
- Shape technical direction and best practices for AI application development.
- Help build a world-class engineering team by recruiting and mentoring teammates.
Requirements
- Ability to quickly ramp up on a tech stack including TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Apollo GraphQL, and Aurora PostgreSQL.
- Experience working with LLMs through professional projects or personal experimentation.
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field with a strong foundation in software engineering principles.
- Familiarity with AI and ML concepts, including training and evaluation techniques.
- Passion for exploring the latest advancements in LLMs and LLMOps.
- Ability to drive projects independently with ambiguous problems.
- Strong communication skills for conveying reasoning and decisions to technical and non-technical teammates.
- Eagerness to build software experiences that customers rely on.
