Base Salary

$46k - $68k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Support, maintain, and enhance software applications in a collaborative team environment.
  • Participate in software design, development, integration, testing, deployment, transition to production, maintenance, and production support.
  • Troubleshoot application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and contribute to permanent solutions.
  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, architects, and business partners.
  • Perform functional and technical testing to ensure application quality and compatibility.
  • Use version control, collaboration, and issue-tracking tools in daily work.
  • Apply academic learning to technical and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Currently be in the second year or later of a post-secondary degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving, analytical, communication, organizational, independent-work, and teamwork skills.
  • Be willing to learn new technologies and adapt to change.
  • Preferred qualifications include software development internships, co-ops, academic projects, volunteer experience, open-source exposure, cloud or container experience, automated testing, CI/CD, deployment, data analysis, reporting, HTML/CSS, REST APIs, integration pipelines, ServiceNow, ITIL, PowerApps, Power BI, Microsoft Access, deep learning, Transformers, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LLM techniques, mathematics, and scientific programming.
