Responsibilities

Design and implement cloud networking solutions for Blast Protocol.
Redesign client-server connection establishment for cloud deployments.
Address customer-facing networking, connectivity, and reliability challenges.
Collaborate across teams on design, implementation planning, testing, and rollout.
Develop and maintain automation frameworks and workflows.
Participate in technical reviews and ensure quality, scalability, and maintainability.
Modernize legacy technology stacks and apply cloud-native and container-based approaches.

At least 4 years of experience designing and coding in C or C++ on Windows or Linux.
Strong expertise in transport-layer networking and deep knowledge of TLS, TCP, and UDP.
Understanding of client-agent connection architectures in cloud deployments.
Ability to design technical solutions for customer-facing networking problems.
Experience collaborating on design, implementation, and testing.
Experience writing and maintaining automation frameworks.
Familiarity with GitHub and GitHub Actions/workflows.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
Preferred experience with WebRTC, STUN, and TURN.
Preferred master’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Networking, or relevant professional experience.
Preferred exposure to cloud networking, Wireshark, and debuggers.
Preferred experience with AI-assisted development workflows, Kubernetes, Docker, scalability and reliability engineering, cloud-native architecture, and legacy-stack re-architecture.

Typical base salary is USD $150,825–$201,100 per year, with potential eligibility for a corporate bonus program.
