Responsibilities
- Write, design, document, and maintain full-stack software solutions throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Develop Java-based microservices and frontend applications using Angular, React, or TypeScript.
- Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and Agile teams to decompose acceptance criteria, assess complexity and risk, and deliver sprint goals.
- Contribute to software architecture, technical standards, design patterns, code quality, peer review, and the broader technical community.
- Build enterprise applications using cloud-native development, container orchestration, CI/CD pipelines, and workflow automation tools.
- Help resolve technical issues and contribute to scalable, highly available, resilient, and low-latency application designs.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a software engineer or developer.
- At least 3 years of experience with Java microservices frameworks and micro-frontend architecture using Angular, React, or TypeScript.
- At least 3 years of experience with software engineering best practices, including unit testing, automation, design patterns, and peer review.
- At least 3 years of experience with data structures and object-oriented principles using Java, Python, or Node.js.
- At least 3 years of experience with cloud-native development and container orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
- Exposure to service-oriented and microservices architectures, REST and GraphQL implementations, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, event-driven architecture, API management, databases, and web technologies.
- Experience using AI tools such as Devin or Claude for test and workflow automation.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; a bachelor’s or university degree is preferred.
- Preferred exposure to horizontally scalable, highly available, highly resilient, and low-latency applications and Agile iterative software delivery.
