Base Salary
$102k - $144k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support partner onboarding, troubleshoot complex integration issues, configure sell-side ad tech solutions, and develop basic custom solutions.
- Create technical documentation, training materials, code samples, and knowledge base articles for partners and internal teams.
- Provide product teams with technical feedback, bug reports, improvement suggestions, and assistance with partner-reported investigations.
- Contribute to the technical design, implementation, and troubleshooting of project deliverables.
- Share technical best practices, stay current with Google’s technical advancements, and improve internal technical support tools and systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in technical project management, stakeholder management, professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting.
- Experience with system design or reading code, such as Java, C++, or Python.
- Preferred experience configuring technical solutions, diagnosing integration and platform issues, creating technical documentation and training materials, and developing basic custom solutions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with partner, product, and engineering teams.
Benefits
- US base salary of $102000 - $144000, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
