Base Salary
$130k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deliver digital platform solutions based on business requirements.
- Develop, maintain, and deliver the company’s software platform.
- Align engineering results with stakeholder requirements.
- Collaborate with product managers, business unit leaders, and stakeholders on engineering priorities and team resourcing.
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements for software design and implementation.
Requirements
- At least three years of professional experience building with TypeScript, React, Node, or Go.
- At least three years of experience working with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Hands-on experience building software in a microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of data structures, indexing, and searching.
- Experience integrating with Elasticsearch and running queries or reports.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services including S3, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, Lambda, and Redshift.
- Experience applying Test-Driven Development principles and writing test cases.
- Ability to write build scripts.
- Experience with version control systems, CI/CD pipeline tools, workflow tools, and Jenkins.
- Experience integrating applications with Redis or Memcached is a plus.
- AI or machine learning experience is a plus.
- Experience with Flutter, mobile and tablet development, Kubernetes, Terraform, Kafka or similar technologies, BigQuery, Metabase, or vertical SaaS ERP software is preferred.
- Experience with Scrum or Agile methodologies and the ability to mentor others are preferred.
