Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of scalable, secure, high-performing enterprise and cloud-native applications.
- Define architecture standards, design principles, engineering best practices, and technology strategy across teams.
- Drive enterprise modernization and cloud transformation initiatives focused on scalability, reliability, and operational excellence.
- Conduct architectural assessments, design reviews, and production-readiness reviews.
- Own performance engineering through workload models, capacity strategies, load and stress testing, and capacity planning using JMeter and NeoLoad.
- Design scalable UI and API automation frameworks and integrate continuous testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues across distributed systems and lead root-cause resolution.
- Drive observability, monitoring, reliability engineering, performance tuning, and production support practices.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, secure technical solutions.
- Mentor engineering teams and influence strategic technology decisions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and automation capabilities, including enterprise AI solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 15+ years of experience designing and modernizing enterprise-scale applications.
- Expertise in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework, microservices, distributed systems, and enterprise application architecture.
- Experience with Python, SQL, JavaScript, and Java-based services; Java experience is listed as good to have.
- Experience with OpenAPI, Swagger, NuGet, RESTful APIs, MVC, domain-driven design, event-driven architecture, enterprise integration patterns, and API governance.
- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium, Ranorex, UI and API automation, regression automation, and CI-integrated testing.
- Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, infrastructure automation, and DevSecOps practices.
- Expertise in Datadog, Zipkin, application monitoring, distributed tracing, log analysis, reliability engineering, and production readiness validation.
- Experience with performance testing, bottleneck analysis, optimization, workload modeling, load testing, stress testing, and capacity planning using JMeter and NeoLoad.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, database design, query optimization, data migration, transaction management, scalability, and reliability.
- Experience with Generative AI, LangChain, AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, LLM integration, and intelligent automation is relevant to the role.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, technical leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Ability to balance strategic architecture ownership with hands-on technical execution.
