Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional pre-sales customer experiences by providing technical expertise.
- Demonstrate how OpenAI's tools can meet business needs and deliver value.
- Create and maintain documentation related to pre-sales processes.
- Foster customer advocacy by gathering and relaying feedback to internal teams.
- Act as a technical multiplier by contributing to best practices and mentoring others.
- Serve as the first line of defense for security, privacy, and compliance discussions.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technical pre-sales or advisory roles.
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
- Experience in managing complex pre-sales engagements for strategic customers.
- Thorough understanding of IT security principles and B2B SaaS product requirements.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python or JavaScript and REST APIs.
- Experience delivering prototypes of Generative AI or traditional ML solutions.
- Effective presentation and communication skills for diverse audiences.
