Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end architecture across backend, frontend, mobile, cloud, data, and AI.
- Lead Java, microservices, and AWS architecture initiatives.
- Design scalable, secure, resilient, cloud-native solutions.
- Advise clients and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders.
- Drive AI and GenAI solutioning and adoption across the software development lifecycle.
- Lead architecture reviews, technology assessments, and proofs of concept.
- Guide engineering teams on architecture, design, and implementation.
- Identify and address technical risks, scalability issues, and technical debt.
- Ensure adherence to security, performance, scalability, and architecture standards.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in solution architecture.
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud architecture, scalability, security, resiliency, and DevOps.
- Experience with AI application solution design, GenAI, LLMs, RAG, and AI agents.
- Knowledge of AI software development lifecycle practices and AI adoption across software development.
- Hands-on knowledge of modern frontend and mobile technologies.
- Expertise in NoSQL databases and distributed data architectures.
- Experience with architecture reviews, technology assessments, and proofs of concept.
- Client-facing experience with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience guiding engineering teams on architecture and implementation.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
