Responsibilities
- Design the agentic runtime for natural, multi-turn conversations.
- Build primitives that balance conversational fluidity with structured reasoning.
- Create context management systems for tracking consumer state and conversation history.
- Architect a real-time voice pipeline for sub-1s latency.
- Own VAD tuning and turn-taking logic for natural conversations.
- Evaluate and integrate evolving speech models.
- Design prompting, orchestration, and model routing strategies.
- Build evaluation frameworks for measuring agent quality.
- Set architectural direction for the proAgent platform.
- Mentor engineers and establish scalable engineering practices.
- Translate customer problems into technical roadmaps.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building production systems.
- 1+ years in a lead role for a project.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs in production.
- Strong fundamentals in Python and TypeScript.
- Clear technical communication skills.
