Responsibilities
- Design and implement security controls for AWS and GCP accounts and Kubernetes clusters.
- Embed security guardrails into infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD processes.
- Collaborate with platform and product teams to address misconfigurations and vulnerabilities.
- Ensure infrastructure access aligns with Zero Trust principles.
- Automate security workflows to enhance efficiency and response times.
- Act as a trusted partner to engineering teams, providing guidance on secure design.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in infrastructure, cloud, or platform security.
- Strong understanding of AWS, Kubernetes, and modern infrastructure architectures.
- Familiarity with AWS security services and IAM.
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools like Pulumi or Terraform.
- Ability to communicate complex risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in regulated environments and translating requirements into controls.
